The NEMA08-02 is a compact bipolar stepper motor designed for precise positioning and motion tasks in confined spaces. Thanks to its slim design, it is particularly well-suited for applications where space is limited but reliable and controlled motion is required.

With 200 steps per revolution and a step angle of 1.8°, the motor enables highly precise positioning. The NEMA-8 series is also designed for comparatively high speeds and, according to the data sheet, can reach speeds of up to 3,000 rpm.

The NEMA08-02 offers a holding torque of 0.03 Nm, making it more powerful than particularly short NEMA8 variants, yet it remains very compact with dimensions of just 20 × 22 × 41.7 mm. This makes it suitable for both demanding maker projects and industrial applications.

Typical applications include the positioning of optical components, metering pumps, latches, and other compact automation tasks. The JST-compatible connector also facilitates integration into existing systems and designs.
